Tps failure!!
Test it with an multi-meter or if you have a PFC just look at the sensor/switch screen VTA1 & VTA2. The running of the car will vary depending on if it is the narrow range of full range that is shot.

From memory, VTA1 should be between 0.1 and 0.7v, and VTA2 should be between 0.75 and 1.25v. This is with the throttle closed and the car warmed up (or deleted thermal pellet).
For the record, failed/bad TPS's are VERY rare. They fail all the damn time on FC's, Mazda learned their lesson.
