torque on stock FD

people normally say 215-220 for hp minus the 15% lost, so it the same with torque? i.e., minus the published numbers 15%?

hp = (torque x rpm)/5250

so, yep, you can assume a 15% loss for torque as well. Which means that I gained 46 lb-ft of torque from a downpipe and cat-back.
