3 screws in back remove airbag.
Big nut in middle removes steering wheel.
Airbag/horn module unplugs from under dash.
Remove everything from steering shaft and done...

I know it's in the link, but be sure to disconnect the battery. Even then, I'd recommend handling the SRS package with it facing away from you.

also be careful when pulling the wheel off if you dont use a wheel puller. If it jerks off too far you can damage the clock spring

This is very true follow above disconnect the battery and undo the airbag from the side.

If you do not have a wheel puller I do not recommend pulling the wheel towards you as if you have a glass jaw this might end in you KO'ed in the driver seat. Rather use a small hammer and many gentle taps on the backside of the steeringwheel moving in a criss cross motion as you would to tighten wheels. Never under any circumstance tap the steering shaft as it could colapse.

Good luck

the airbag is a huge deal. and once you find out about the screws on the back its easy. be careful pulling it off in the end a lot of people end up smacking themselves in the face. i used a deadblow and tapped it from behind and it came of easily you can also rent some tool designed to pull steering wheels.

I make a little mark to index the wheel on the shaft if I intend to re-install and use a puller. It usually pops off pretty easily, but I still leave the nut on by a few threads. As you remove the air-bag, make note of how the connectors and wires tuck-in with a couple of retainer tabs.
