An original owner of a 1987 Sport, I need to strart looking for a 3rd generation in good condx.

Aside from the local classifieds, what are the best places to find an R1 or a base model?

Thanks

I found mine through the autotrader magazine (actually sportscar trader). The person I bought it from didn't know it was an R1 thought it was a base.

Well kept 93 touring. Original paint which is very rare on a 93 (shows that the car has been very well kept). 93's didnt have very strong paint so if you find one with original good looking paint its a good way to tell if the car has been garaged. 80k miles, new motor, rebuilt turbos, new radiator, turbo timer, all new hoses, after market ast, exaust, boost gauge, new pulsation dampner, new injector seals, recent compression test, Original bose wave radio/cd/tape. out of state shiping is about 500-650 but you have no sales tax so it evens out.

18k and you can have it today..

I got mine at www.lamotorcars.com. Its an excellent condition 94 touring with 88k miles, silver w/ red leather and I picked it up with a 3 year/36,000 mile warranty for $15,900. Lance is a real nice guy to work with.

check out rxtra7, he is selling his red 93. its super sweet, with a fresh 3mm, streetported motor. his AIM s/n is rxtacy93. catch him here or im him. hed be happy to talk to you about it. there is also a mazda dealership out here in nashville selling one with a new mazda engine in it. . . . the odd thing is that they are not including a warranty on the motor. . . cause, check this out, THEY ARE NOT REPLACING THE TURBOS!!!! isnt that some bs! they said that it has some aftermarket turbos on it. . . . yet it has a stock ecu. . . hmmm. somebody has no idea what is going on. haha. stay away from that one. they want 16.9k for it. it has a brand new interior, but no warranty on that motor makes me want to hurle.
