Time frame for leak at exhaust manifold

i wanted to know the time frame for fixing an exhaust leak. i think between the mani and the block. b/c i can hear the pulses of the rotor going over the exhaust port. is it worth the trouble for stock or should i upgrade in the process? i just bought this car and it didn't have the leak until a couple of wot runs (days apart). he put in the new reman himself so he might have forgotten to tighting a few the bolts all the way. also i was thinking of buying a single turbo anyway so i just might to do that for proformance and b/c it will decrease the possibilitly of more problems with the vac. line. what do you guys think?
thanks

Pull the turbos and manifold and install new gaskets. Going single is a big step involving a lot of mods aside from the turbo itself.

FWIW, there is a pair of those gaskets on ebay right now for a good price. An experienced rotary mechanic can probably pull the turbos and reinstall in a few hours.
