Tilt steering wheel

Has anyone found a kit or aftermarket wheel to use to install a tilt steering wheel in the FD?

I did the same. Used a 320 mm wheel and a 50 mm spacer to bring the wheel closer. No more problem with knee or legroom. I also tried a removable steering adaptor hub for a while, commonly used in race cars, but found that little bit of slop, that seem to be inherent with removable hubs, disconcerting on the road.
