throwout bearing vs. clutch fork

how the hell do i get them apart to change out for a new one? (the bearing not the fork)

Unbolt the fork from the tranny, both come right out.

Use grease on the collar around the tranny input shaft where the TO bearing rides, and a little grease on the "wings" of the TO bearing where it meets the fork. When re-installing the fork, use a little Loctite on the bolts.
