Question Throttle limit on FD?

Just some concern...
Drove the FD this weekend and with resonated midpipe could hear the rpm fluctuation at 3k (very subtle) but at 4000-4500 the midpipe would accentuate some sort of hesitation or non linear exhuast note. Since the midpipe is loud, breaks in the engine operation can be easily heard.

This has me very concerned.

Am I getting fuel cut? Injectors plugged? In top gear I could not get the tach to go over 4500k...no matter how hard or long I pushed the gas pedal. Turbos seem like they are putting out although during this troublesome run I could not get the boost above 7 psi and would spike at ten. I then turned the ignition off and the boost was 12psi and then spiking to 16psi so I do not think the turbos are bad.

My engine, turbos have less than 3k miles on them...btw, mine is an auto FD until my tranny breaks--so far very little hesitation between shifts but the lag in starts makes me nervous to battle even honda accords at the light.

Please help...
thank you in advance
