for those sequential turbo gurus a question

So I purchased a used set of.99 twins but ive had issues since the.first.day made sure every solenoid and my system is.working

But I am not getting max boost from primary.turbo im only getting a max.of 12psi with everything setup using.the.power fc commander

90 percent duty and 1.2 kgfm and still max it will boost is 12 most of the time it just stays at 10 psi but after transition it goes up to 14 psi and holds there

Now ive contemplated.checked everything checked for.boost leaks did everything I.could possibly think of and nothing

But I had a similar issue before on my old set of.twins when the didnt have the restrictor pills

So I got. A set of restrictor pills today which im gonna swap in tomorrow im guessing either the po ground down.the pill or it wore out .

But my main question is regarding when the second turbo comes online at the moment qith 80percent duty at.90 cfm it holds 14 psi just fine

Before I had to run second turbos at 70duty

So im.guessing the secondary turbos wastegate pill is.either worn or drilled as well but since im maintainning my target boost is.there any reason.to add the pill to.the wastegate actuator? Will there be any real benefit to runni.g a lower duty on the commander for.the wastegate or.can I leave it alone and be fine right now I hit 14psi at4500 :with both turbos spooling
