ignition issues; help desperately needed

tuned power fc
fresh engine around 300 miles

car used to run perfectly. started easy. everything golden. randomly died one day. tough to start. stranded me.

burned up t2 coil. literally exploded while driving around the block, diagnosing what i thought was a fuel issue.

digging into it. found coil harness cooked. coil cooked. ignition capacitor cooked. and main harness rubbed through and grounding out the coil signal wires. replaced coils, capacitor and coil harness. also replaced plug wires. ran new shielded 3 strand cable from igniter to coils. threw ecu in different car and that car started and ran fine. tested 12v source to coils and igniter and they check out. i have spark but i dont know if it is strong enough or if its consistent with the rpm

car will start some times after long cranking and a lot of backfires. it will catch like it wants to start and hover around 400-500rpm but usually not enough to get it to run on its own. when it does start, it sounds odd.. its bridgeported and the bridge will not brap like it used to.

ruled out the engine itself with comp test of 95psi all faces

engine has ~300miles.

sorry for the long explanation but lmk if you need any more info.
