Converted mine to mph as it's a jdm car, works great & is now a 180mph gauge.

I ran my first jdm fd in kph for a couple of years, you just get used to doing the kmh to mph conversion in your head for all the common speed limits.

You can get signal converting chips that sit in the wiring behind the cluster. A lot of import companies fit these to imports that come into the UK. That way there are no mods to the cluster, but the speedo will read mph. The downside is this affects recorded mileage as it will report to record in km, but will actually record in miles.

The conversions aren't that bad. Every 10kmh is 6.2mph. 100kmh = 6.2mph. 110=68. 120=74. etc.

I have a JDM Kph cluster in my JDM car. It works great because I live in Australia.
