Are these suposed to be unblocked/unplugged?

i have a really bad idle it hunts from 1200 to 3000 rpms as soon as you start the car. in the winter it was doing it only after the water temp passed 40 deg on the power fc. now when you start the car the rpms go to 5500 and after a few seconds goes to fluctuating. the car runs good + has good boost. i checked the tps and its within the right volts and checked the ics with ohm meter and was within factory specs. i was wondering if anything in the pics is supposed to be blocked, plugged or ect. thanks for help in advance . car is single turbo/ported motor + no emmisions

Are you running single turbo? Some upgrades make a difference to the vehicle operation so get all that stuff on here first, I'm sure people with more knowledge will be to the rescue soon. If its stock then go here and https://www.rx7club.com/3rd-generation-specific-1993-2002-16/94-fsms-available-download-449950/ download the FSM. You should be able to find what connects to what. This is what I did when I had a couple things that didn't look right. Run the car, if you feel vacuum on any of those ports, plug them anyways untill you can figure it all out, this is my only advice for now. Good luck.

You'll need to block off the last one for sure. The 3rd one you wont need to unless you have a vac line going to the other side. For the others I'm pretty sure your fine with having them like that.

the first one runs to a solonoid near the alternatior, and then to the front of the UIM. if you have an aftermarket ecu i belive you can just block off both sides, and take out the solenoid.
