Red face Still rough trans...help

Ok, i just got the new master cylinder, slave cylinder, clutch, pressure plate, release bearing, and pivot ball, also got the flywheel turned, im guessing an oem clutch is very easy to mass to the floor, im talking very easy, but maybe im just used to my old racing beat setup, but my deal is that when i got the car back yesterday, everything was smooth went into every gear very smooth, no probs, just a little getting used too, but then i jumped into the car today it was already warmed up, and i had a little trouble getting it into reverse just had to put a little force behind it, and i kinda heard it pop into gear not really a big deal but it wasent like that this morning or yesterday, and there is just a little more definition when switching gears, dosent just flop in, but i dont know, is this suposed to be like this or what, and i forgot to pump the clutch, but i wasent really hard to do, what do you guys think.
