Are these injectors ready to be installed? (pic)

i just got my 1300cc injectors in and was wondering if these are ready to install how they are in the pic, with the green cap thing on the end? it looks like its holding on the lower o-ring so i guess it is. Just want to make sure
thanks,
Craig

Believe me, without those caps things get messy. You're ready to go.

Excuse my ignorance but are you putting those FI's on the stock fuel rail or you got an aftermarket one...?

Both the primary and secondary stock rails use side feed injectors (though the secondary injectors are a little shorter). Aftermarket rails all use top-feed injectors.

To get 1300cc/min injectors, you need to have a set of 850 injectors enlarged -- no one manufactures 1300cc/min injectors.

do the stock injectors have that little cap on the end also? cause when i took them out they didnt, this is what they looked like when i took them out(pic), if they do have the little cap on the end i guess it fell off and is stilll in the fuel rail?

The printle caps should have been on the injectors but they usually split from age or improper installation. My guess is they are in small pieces ready to fall on top of your rotors. So get a nice light and some long needle nose pliars and pull them out. Worse case the engine will eat them and give the left overs to the turbos but I doubt either will even burp

I doubt it. Try RC engineering: http://www.rceng.com

When I have talked to them they have always been very helpful. Tell them you need some plastic pintle caps for side-feed 850cc mazda rotary injectors.
