vaccuum at idle seems a little low, should be between 15-18 at 825 rpm. Make sure the vacuum idle reading is taken when the idle is aroun 825/850 as the idle speed will affect the vacuum.

the 11-7-11 seems fine, if not a lil on the high side. The climbing part is interesting - you may have some boost creep (which shouldn't happen with a stock motor).

You could probably credit the numbers to the gauge itself - what brand are you using and what is the range it measures? 0 to ? Boost gauges are notoriously "off", especially if they measure over a wide arc like 0 to 20 or even higher. Even so, I would not sweat it if you are stock.

The guage is a K-D 2521 from a local parts store. Don't own the car and it didn't have a boost guage. I am considering buying it, that is why I was checking the boost & vacuum.
