Yep, those are definitely '99 spec 280hp turbos. You can see the black abradeable seal inside the compressor housing by the compressor wheel.
If they're a fair price, get those suckers!

I've heard several other people refer to the 99 spec turbos as 280hp turbos. And I'm not trying to be a dick, but the 99 spec cars didn't just have 280 b/c of the turbos did they? I thought it was the total combination of upgrades, efini y-pipe, better turbos, etc. With all that in mind I don't think it's really worth the money for the *slightly* better turbos, when that money might be better well spent on other upgrades for the car.

At 650 pounds new thay would be a steal and even though I dont need a set now, I would definately buy them at that price
But I would arrange for pickup, hehe.
