About to perform the fc thermoswitch replacement, wondering if anyone can provide a picture of where it is located. I know you have to remove the crossover ic pipe and alternator, just wanted a solid point to look at, before I getting down and dirty.

 

This is the best I can do. IIRC, the thermoswitch is just below the green thermosensor connector you can just see behind the WP housing. I think when I replaced mine in the car, I found it was easier to remove/replace the upper sensor to get it out of the way...but YRMV.

 

I just had mine out yesterday, no need to remove the alternator. Just unplug the wiring and a 17mm deep socket fits over the sensor and you can remove it. It's the black plug with black and red single wire underneath the green plug.
