yes and no,

The trigger wheel only goes on the crank one way, and the pick-ups are not adjustable, therefore no, timing is set.

However, you may purchase a stand-alone, and adjust timing maps, but I wouldn't do that unless you know what you are doing!

ok just wondering,,,my car sounds like it running on one rotor and sometimes it will sound like it its running right i think its fouled plugs

If you consist to have problems after you change your plugs, post your modifications done to your car, and how many miles on your setup.
