chrome rings around gauges?

Can these be replaced w/o changing out or removing the entire gauge cluster? Where can I get the rings to replace old ones?

Nope, they are sold together with the plastic gauge cover. Here's an old picture I took of mine when I replaced it:

I'm not sure what today's price is (as a lot of parts have gone up in pricing). It was $60 years ago when I changed mine out.
