Tensioner Pulley Something missing, Don't know what though

I have tried looking at diagrams that i have found but am unable to figure this simplistic issue out. I was going to put on my tensioner pulley and i must be missing something...but what? the hole in the center of the tensioner pulley seems to be too large although maybe i just have the wrong bolt???? my tensioner pulley is black and has a orange poly looking ring in the center but should the bolt be large enough to take up the complete space in that hole or am i missing another ring/seal/bearing in the pulley? I am sorry without pictures im sure this is very difficult hence why i was searching for a parts break down of the tenisioner bracket, bolts, nuts, pulley and everything involved. If you have that parts diagram or know where i could look at one that would be greatly appreciate. OR if you can make sense of my description maybe you could give me an answer. Either way thanks for looking..

if you are talking about the tensioner for the p/s ac belt there is a large type of washer plate between the bearing and the bolt head

yes okay but does the bolt shaft take up the complete space of the pulley? b/c right now the bolt is no where close to the diameter of the hole in that pulley. Wrong bolt possibly? so i guess the question should be does the pulley ride directly ON the shaft of the bolt?

There is a spacer that has a fat shaft coming from it that goes on the bolt. That's probably what you're missing.

Dale is correct (no surprise if you've read some of his work on the forums). You can see a picture of the spacer in this thread(4th post down).

There should also be a washer on between the nut and pulley on the outside.
