i like poping the center caps out from the back and makin them go flying

makes a cool sound too

oh you cant polish the inside of the lip now cause youll ruin the paint on the spokes...it does look good though

also remember that polishing makes the wheel look smaller....might be my opinion but when i polished mine completely they looked tiny

Wow those are some good comments guys. I don't know about painting the inner lip because I just wanted the spoked to be black. The pictures don't do it any justice, it looks amazing in real life. That's not a bad photoshop I really can't wait now, the suspense is killing me. I think I'll paint the lip a better silver, clearcoat the whole wheel one more time, and paint the center cap black but leave the logo silver. Here's another angle pic... Thanks guys. More ideas will be appreciated. I'm also painting my brake calipers like my old 7 (red with polished mazda logo).

Jack

Oh and that shoe is comfortable as anything

Hey xstacy7- Can you point out the paint you used for your rims on the plasti-kote.com website? I was going to use the dupli-color but..

1. They dont have black
2. From your pictures, the Plasti-Kote looks way better.

Thanks

Yes, paint the inner lip black and have only the outer lip polished.

Whoa that one looks pretty badas Cihuuy. I have another picture comparing it to the stock wheel. That stock wheel has half of the rim masked already so that's what that is.

As far as the paint goes. Here's something I just found...

http://www.partsamerica.com/PartDeta...egoryCode=3267

My can has a red background but it is the same paint. In the picture you can see the actual can to the left of the rim. I can't wait to get done with these. So you really think paint the inner lip? I wanted the spokes to look "separated" like a 2 or 3 piece wheel.

Thanks

Jack

Here's another...like I said the paint is not as shiny in the pics as in real life. I can see my reflection in them.

Oh and Shinobi-X the car is Red.

please don't paint the inner lip, it will make the spokes look shorter and that will make the rim look much smaller. the way you are painting it is perfect.

Looks good, but I agree, if all was black, would look even better.

Good job on em by the way.
