TCA solenoid?

Yes, i have searched this issue thoroughly. I have read probably every thread in the 3rd gen section that has the word TCA in it. I have decided that it is probably the cause of a boost problem i'm having. I know that i need to get under the car to get at it. I can look at a shop manual picture of it. But can someone who knows where it is either post a picture, or tell me exactly where it is, and what it looks like?
Thanks for the help
-Jeff

I don't have a picture, but a bit of advice. Trace the lines from the TCA to the hard metal lines on the diagram on page F-10 of your Workshop Manual (the ones that go up to just under/behind the pressure chamber). Apply pressure or vacuum as appropriate and visually check the TCA is moving.

This way you check both the TCA and the lines under the car. You can actually see it move by laying down and looking under the car behind the passanger front wheel.

Good luck.

John
