strange turbo noise

just switched back from non-sequential and i get a strange noise from my turbos at midrange rpm. the best way i know to describe it...you know how an old rusted bolt sounds when it starts to turn but really faint.

i dont quite get full boost (8-7-5) and the turbos have about 95k on them. the secondary hasnt been spun up for a while so maybe the bearing?

thanks for the help.

if you were non-sequential before, your secondary has been operating the whole time. Has Art had a chance to look at it since you changed to seq?
