TCA and boost problems

TCA and boost problems
i was told i can see from under the car the rod on the turbo control actuator move at ~4500 rpm. is this true? if so it doesn't move at all. i think i'm naming the right thing. i'm calling the tca the soda can looking thing that the pre-spool controller connects too w/ a rod off the back. if i'm not right please correct me. i haven't been able to get my car running right. primary turbo is fine, able to boost at 12psi. secondary turbo comes on at ~5-6 psi. all vacuum hoses that i can see are okay. coupling connecting y-pipe and intercooler piping is okay, and all intercooler piping is connected tight. nick

i would *think* that you would not be able to see this w/o load on the car, meaning that the car would have to be moving and the actual transition would have to be taking place....if it is not moving, you most likely have an issure with the mechanics of the TCA itself......to say it for the Rikki, go non sequential, and get rid of that "pesky" TCA

your car might be clogged up, how old is it, did this just start happening or has the boost been gettign lower and lower on teh secondary turbo? you will not see the rod move without driving it

car is a 93 w/ 62k miles on it. thanks for the help guys. any other suggestions would be great.
boost pattern before i put a dp, pettit ecu and hd boost controller valves on was always low, 10-8-8. now i can't get it back up to 8 on secondary while maintaining 12 on primary. already tried running just boost controller w/ the original vacuum line and restrictor pill on pre-spool.
