Could they be in the bore of the master? Or could they be the seals that go between the master and the fluid reservoir?

Found a better picture. The seals are on the left of the picture but go inside the plastic piece on the right, seals around the shaft. Recently rebuilt 3 of them, all were leaking from the front all over the brake boosters. All 3 cars were sitting for an extended period of time.
