taking apart alternator for powdercoat?

I've been searching and I can't seem to find the answer that im looking for. I am sending in all my parts to get powdercoated and with my alternator im having trouble taking it apart without stripping some of the screws. How did some of you guys take apart/re-assemble your alternators.

Is there any step by step procedures out there?

I got it apart but when I tried to put it back together the bearings keep hitting these two pieces of metal that I can't seem to find out how to get it all to fit.

Any tips? thank you

In the back of the alternator there is a small hole where you have to insert a small pin to keep a spring loaded clip in place. I suggest you take it to a alternator shop unless someone chimes in and has a better solution. Not much help, sorry.
