symptoms of bad oil seals

My engine is spitting out oil. Hevy smoke was coming out the tailpipe, i researched and thought it was my turbo oill seals. Put on a nice pair of fresh turbos and still oil is being pumped out in to the exhaust. Is this the tale tell sign of a bad oil seal in the engine? Or a bad OMP?

If it's the OMP then the computer would throw some sort of codes and it would go into limp mode or something.

And your name is scary

one thing with the turbo seals is it seems smoke alot when boost is up, so if puffs of the smoke only come out at 4500k its the primary turbo. were the second set of turbos new or rebuilt?

Maybe the seals I duno for sure. I just remeber when my motor blew that for a bout 3-4 months or so I noteced oil leaking alot from the car. There was oil also kinda seaping out by the block. At first I thought it was the turbos going out too. But in the end it was the motor that was going bad and boom it was gone. So I would have that checked to just to see if it is or not.
