Swapping S4 TII Diff

Whats up, i just got mt S4 TII diff today. I am going to be installing it in the stock rear of my 93 5spd. I have read a thread about doing it and it seems easy enough. I am just confused as to if i have to set the backlash and stuff since i am using the stock ring/pinion, and also, if i should order new carrier bearings? Thanks

If your asking then you need to get it done profesionaly. And new bearings are always a good thing plus new seals! You need the right equipment to set the lash.

You could pull the diff and replace the bushings and get the diff set up while its out.
