Swaping stock turbos, got some questions

Hey,

I'm pulling out my turbo's and replacing them with a set of freshly rebuilt, and I am wondering what I should replace while I have the turbos off.

I am going to port my wastegate, I have just replaced my gasket and studs for the dp, and have just replaced the coolant lines for the turbos. anything else?

Also any suggestions in making this swap easier? This is my first time taking off the turbos and would really like some suggestions that could help me.

Thanks

Ian

Inspect the exhaust manifold for cracks? Replace the LIM gasket if it's not the metal kind?

Have exhaust manifold heat coated. Have turbo manifold heat coated, if possible. Have injectors cleaned. Have DP heat coated. Put nuts and bolts in labeled baggies. Take pictures or video for reinstall.

$21/foot Embee Performance in Santa Ana unless you don't like grey then there's Performance Coatings in WA but then add another 6 days shipping time (3ea way) on top of 10 week days to have it done. I think the exhaust manifold was $20-ish. I never did the turbo manifold cause I couldn't seperate the peices.
