Super Nice FD on Ebay

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...tem=1825574921

It's really nice. But how come it has 305 hp with just intake, exhaust and clutch?

I am guessing it is the ticking time bomb he calls 14psi... But thats pushing it... hes probably just trying to apeal to ricers, with the word "dyno"....

What the heck is Pedit? sounds like he's trying to pass it off as Pettit. Isnt Cam from Pettit, this guy says he lives near Camrin Pedit of Pedit racing, and the location is in NY.
Is it for real? Looks awfully weird.

I could buy two FD's for that and have enough money to buy new engines for both.

that guy needs to learn how to spell...

305 hp is the standard crank hp referenced by Pettit for their base package (no downpipe)....I guarantee it has not been dynoed, he just pulled that number off the Pettit website...actual wheel hp is prob about 240....250 tops

the car is prob worth 22-23k to a collector, if the mileage is actual....I do like the black

I find it strange that when you click to look at the pictures the number of miles on the car and the # listed on ebay are different. 7452 is what the car has and 7518 is what he has listed.. Still 7k miles... Shoot... The guy is stupid for the fact that he wants 32k for it though. Notice how the top price right now is only 12k. I would guess its worth about 20-25k

yeah, this guy means Pettit, and Pettit is in Florida.....All the mods he has sound like the mods Pettit sells. TKT stands for Turn Key Terror, and the 3 K&N filters is the Pettit intake system with heat sheild. SOOO i guess this guy is just trying to spell whatever the guy that sold it to him said.

yeah, his spelling is way off, he even mispelled DYNO.. but i think we all know what he means... BUt the milage being different is no flaw... you gotta think that those pictures are old and he has probably driven the car since thos epictures where taken... but overall nice car and 14 psi is not bad.. I'm sure he is not boosting fully every time he drives it... But man i can't believe such low miles.. you too silvr94r2.. how the hell do you keep it so low.. are you not tempted to drive it everyday.... Mine is a daily better hahah SUCKS to have to drive it that much...

Besides the "still smells new" comment, I'm buyin' the bad speller's schpiel, but not for $32K.

If the car still smells new, someone either sprayed some "new car" scent in it or replaced the entire interior. The plastics stop "bleeding" after *time* not *use* IIRC (someone correct me if I'm wrong). That's bogus IMO, but the rest might be the real deal.

I'd pay $20K if I could confirm it.

enuttage: actually you'd be suprised about the "new car smell". Mine still smells like it just came from the showroom and i've never sprayed anything. Windows up all the time and hardly driven will do that for you i guess.

Hmm...

I stand corrected. Perhaps sunlight and use are the determining factors.

Thanks,
