Suggested Acceleration/Reliability Mods?

I'm working on mod'ing my 93 RX7. I'm more interested in acceleration and reliability than top speed. Although I won't complain about improved top speed. The only upgrades that I have had put in so far are a Greddy intake, bonez downpipe and high flow cat, and a Racing Beat cat back. I have all records for my car and know that a set of Koni shocks and a Megan Racing front strut tower bar were also put onto the car before I bought it. It also has after market rotars which are cross drilled and slotted but I don't recall what kind off hand. Finally, the turbos are 99 spec.

I'm looking to have the following parts installed.

A’PEXi PowerFC and commander kit
Magnecor’s R-100 Racing (10mm) Ignition Cables
NGK Racing Spark Plugs (10.5 ?)
Fuel pump upgrade (not sure which one)
I am also considering the upgrading the fuel system (injectors)
Efini Turbo Y-Piping
Stainless Steel Oil Metering Lines
Stainless Steel D.O.T. Lines
Stainless Steel Break Lines
AST replacement
Koyo R1443N 53mm N-FLOW Aluminum Racing Radiator
New radiator and AST hose set, and vacuum hoses and silicone hose couplers
Fuel Filter
Dual Oil Cooler
AmsOil filter
Air:Fuel, Temp, and Oil Pressure gauges on a pillar mount, and a Boost gauge on a column mount pod. (Is it possible to replace the oil and temp gauges on the dash directly, or do they have to go on a pillar mount?) All guages will be GReddy or Apex gauges
Mazdaspeed Replica Short Shifter
HKS Twin Power ingnition and harness
synthetic fluids by Red Line
Flush the Coolant System and replace with Evans NPG+ Coolant
Knock Sensor

I know that I should upgrade the intercoolers, but am not sure which ones would be best. The one thing that I do know is that I would want something like Greddy's Intercooler Pipe and Throttle Elbow. Also, should I consider a different turbo?

Also, do I need to consider doing anything to the clutch, flywheel or rear end upon installation of the above parts? Please let me know if there is anything that I'm overlooking or need to include but haven't.

I've also been told that upgrading the front anti-roll bar Mount in an important reliability mod as the stock mount tends to crack and that weveral after-market mount reinforcers are available. However I haven't seen any. Will I need this?

A lot of your questions can be answered be reviewing the FAQ thread here:
https://www.rx7club.com/3rd-generation-specific-1993-2002-16/faq-3rd-gen-other-useful-links-68640/
and also the threads in the Archive here: https://www.rx7club.com/3rd-gen-archives-73/

It would take me longer than I have to retype some of the info in that thread so I hope the links are helpful. They have been for me many times over.

What are your goals for the car and do you want to keep it smog legal?

Proper ducting is something you might want to look into.

I'd get a better clutch also since you'd have most of the reliability mods. If you stick with your 99 spec turbo's, get a mspec fmic. I had this intercooler when
I was running twins and it was great for the price. http://www.rx7store.net/product_p/greddyfmicmspec.htm . Also if you want quicker acceleration i'd get a lightweight flywheel with a new clutch.

Question

How about posting the use of your car? Street driven only? AutoX? Road racing? Drag racing?
