Stupid question?? Sorry!

Ok, I think this is a stupid question but I will be the first to say I don't know all that I need to about rx7's, so here is my question.

I was talking with a fellow rotorhead and he said something about N/A FD's.
I said do what?????

So, my question is did they make a non turbo FD?
Thanks

That is why I said Stupid Question! I knew I never heard of one but since I don't own an FD I thought maybe it slipped by me.

Every FD by definition was powered by a 13B-REW, which is by definition, a force induced engine. No NA form exists. They did make auto FD's tho, which is prob just as bad as making an NA FD lol

Some racing classes (for instance SCCA Club National and Regional racing) do not allow turbos. Therefore, some FD's are converted to NA in order to race there. Maybe that's where his info came from.

Man...those things must be SLOW. I know my FD was CRAWLING when I had a bad boost leak...

Uhh...I'd choose a diff car. One of the things I LOVE about the FD, and specifically mine (R2) is it has everything you need, nothing you don't. No BS, no extras. A hardcore sports car in it's purest form...
