stupid question

What year did they finish up the 3rd generation rx7 in? Was it 95?

In the USDM? Yeah, 95 was the last year.

'95 was the last year they were made...'96 was the last year they were sold. Meaning they had a few new '95 models left over in '96 but they remained as '95 models.

Technically they haven't stopped making them....they are still in production in Japan. The last year they were available on the U.S. market was in 96. But the 96 model was actually a 95. So you could technically get a 2001 Rx7 from Japan, but it would cost mucho dollars to get a new one.

I know, I should have used the word "imported" instead of "made".
