Stumble no start

So i started my car today and it was idling. A little bit of a different idle than i remember, but i havent had a chance to drive the car since the turbo swap. I shut it down after its about half way warmed up. Try to start it like 20 minutes later. Rolls over, stumbles, tries to start, fires a little then dies. I assumed i flooded it. Pull the plugs and they arent soaked. So then i turn it over with plugs out and i get big plumes of gas comming out. So i have fuel. Well i pull my egi relay turn it over, doesnt stumble or anything, just rolls over. I put it back in, try again and it fires and stumbles but just wont start up. Any ideas?

cleaned the plugs and she fired right up...good deal. But does anyone know what, in removing an engine and transmission, would have been unhooked that would stop my fans from kicking on?
