Stumble More than 1/4 throttle

I am stumped on this and I need some help. I have a 94 touring 7.

There is no check engine light.

When im driving him at less than 1/4 throttle i can go all the way up to red line and with 10 psi. If i try to give him more than 1/4 throttle with boost i get massive stumble almost like he wants to shut off.

Things I have done:
New Fuel Filter
New Spark Plugs
New Spark Plug Wires
New Down pipe and straight pipe (3" cat back already installed)
Removed air box
Removed intake pipes "to make sure they were not collapsing"
Removed Air Pump
Stock ECU

Thanks,

fuel pump is next on that list also check fuel pulsation dampener.... but then again a bad FPD would be easy to spot as youll notice a strong fuel smell

It's been a long time since I've had twins. If you're getting 10psi at 1/4 throttle to redline...didn't think you'd hit that...but I digress.

Next thing I'd suggest is the map connection. Else, ensure your tps is plugged in. I'm leaning towards the latter as I've had the occasional lapse and forgot to plug mine back in and that's what you'd get.

When past 1/4 throttle are you beyond 12psi? It sounds like you are hitting boost/fuel cut, a full exhaust and stock ECU are not a good combination

I definitely have not smelled any fuel. I will check the fuel pump as well.

He's fixed now! YAY! Its the TPS that is bad. We unhooked the tps and he runs perfectly fine now.

So you disconnected the tps and you're running fine like that?
