Strange A/C gremlin! (long)

Today is the second time this has happend to me. My car is normally parked in a parking garage or my garage for any extended time, but the 2 times I have parked it for a couple of hours in the sun this has happened. I have only had car 3 months or so and the heat is starting to pick up down here!

Details:

Car runs fine and I park in the sun for a couple hours or more. I have a black car and we are pushing into the 90s here.

Get in car and it starts up just fine. HOWEVER, the A/C light stays off and the fans won't come on. The ABS light stays on and the windows won't move! Interior is damn hot! Everything else works fine (ie radio, wipers, etc.)

First time this happend, I turned everything off and turned car off (have turbo timer set to 30 secs), restart, and turn A/C back on. NOTHING! Tried this a couple of times and drove home baking in my car for 20 mins! I can feel the A/C come on (but light stays off) but the fans won't work. I can also feel cold air coming though the vents when I was on the highway, just not enough! I get back home and pull in garage, shut down, and the A/C kicks on!! (while turbo timer has car still running!)

Today it happened again, however I left the A/C button and fans to 1 when I shut it down. A/C came on again while turbo timer kept car running. Restarted first time and all was good.

Anyone seen something like this? I am thinking something electrical or ignition switch issue.
