Damn dealers!
They won't lower the price a cent and they tried pulling salesman's tricks on me. "We're shipping it to a Mazda dealer for full price this Friday, if you want it you have to buy it by thursday"
hahahahahah
Then they told me there was a mistake in the warranty and that it doesn't have any warranty, sold as is, due to the year.
And they won't allow me to take it to a rotary specialist for inspection! How about that!
CARTEC in NJ if anyone wanted to know.

I purchased my '94 R2 a year ago for $21k with 26k miles on it and totally stock. I thought it was a pretty good deal seeing as it was difficult to find one in such good condition with no mods. The guy that sold it to me told me that after receiving my deposit check, someone else offered him $23k for it but luckily he honored our agreement.
My take on it is that you should pay what you are comfortable with. If you feel that the car is worth $21k and are okay with that price then go for it. Ultimately, you're the one that's going to drive it and enjoy it. I couldn't be happier with my R2 since it's pristine and I'm enjoying it so much.
