stock twins boost issue

one week back i lost complete boost to the twins do to a torn coupler joining the cross pipe and the y pipe.

this issue was fixed and regained boost. however now the issue has taken on a different twist. when the primary boost transition is made(4500) to the secondary turbo, i am facing boost lost again. around 3psi @ best.

forum member Mahjik linked me to the trouble shooting thread regarding twins and reviewed and studied it from front to back-back to front. Hell i am lost @ this point.

if anyone has any 2cents they want to share, your comments are welcomed and thanked.

man i really want to figure this twin **** out before going single....

happy Friday guys

I've got my money on a leaking/deffective charge relief valve or associated tubing.

Also could be charge control valve not opening fully due to being stuck. Or no pre-spool control due to stuck actuator/leaky vacuum hoses, or pressure lines blown off pressure chamber causing slow opening or zero opening of secondary turbo control.

from what you have mentioned , it seems that you are very knowledgeable with the stock twins do to personal experience. LOL.

when the secondary comes on line it seems like there is a leak of some sort. i have already examined the turbo actuator and both pressure and vacuum line that lead into the camber are good.

Remember guys that i am looking the resolve the boost issue on the secondary turbos after the 4500 transition. After following the twin turbo trouble shooter guide- i have come to the conclusion that my Charge solenoid and the charge relief solenoid have gone had. thats Two bad parts i need to change from the rats nest!!!! Ray @ malloy mazda was kind enough to hunt and ship the parts out asap( ray is the man ) Super fast!!!.
okay thats 2-solenoids and 1- UIM gasket needed for this pain in the *** Job.
the parts needed for this boost issue( I think????)
the charge relief solenoid

UIM gasket needs to be replace after cracking her open to get to the RATS

here is the side view of the engine bay with my forum name!!!! wow
