no offense man, but if you can't figure out how to remove the stock twins then i can't possibly imagine that you would be able to rebuild the turbo's internals.

there is an extensive thread where a couple of people attempted to rebuild their turbos themselves:

i think this may be the thread: https://www.rx7club.com/3rd-generation-specific-1993-2002-16/questions-before-undertaking-turbo-rebuild-272685/

The only thing I can figure is that I think I may have over tightened the Compressor Nut on both Turbos. The blow-off valve not is working when I let off the accelerator at high rpm. Probably because of no boost.

decided to ship my Twins last week to Turbo City after numerous attempts (took them off/on 7 times) to diagnose my primary turbo whine failed. Instructions were given to TC to disassemble all the components and to inspect for damage of all the turbo kit components I installed. I also wanted TC to balance both sets of turbo wheels/shafts.
also this guy tried to rebuild his:

******* screw that held the primary turbos propeler fell off and ate the damn wheel. Oil everywhere, huge smoke behind me like from that game spy hunter. I don't know what to do now. I'm so pissed and hurt and broke.

I found the nut. It was just sitting there in front of the wheel. The front wheel was chewed up and the rear wheel was in the downipipe.
hence the reason i would let someone with experience do it. everything has to be balanced and torqued properly, otherwise you risk everything comping apart.

if you want to DIY, your best bet would be to pick up a low-mileage stock CHRA, that way you can easily swap it for the leaky one on your set. this is what i did when my rear turbo went bad and it's been working great for me (so far).
