Does anyone happen to know the size of the bolts to mount the stock seat rails to the chassis (4 per seat)? My car came with one seat which wasn't mounted in the car and no bolts so I want to make sure I get the correct size.

You should just unbolt another one, find a nut that fits around it and take both to the hardware store and find a replacement.

Or you can get one from Ray, I snapped one of mine and added one into one of my parts orders
