Stock manfold question?-img_1253.jpg

Hey guy i'm in the process of swapping parts from my old motor to the new one.thing is going good until I got to the manifold. Here what Stock manfold question?-img_1254.jpglooks like in side the flap door side of the manifold there is a hole in there. Now i got another spare one setting on the shelf. I was going to use the spare but here look at it spare one dose not have any hole in side like the one that was on the old motor. Can some on tell me why is that what is the different between the to manifolds ? My FD is 5 speed can it be That the spear on is from the automatic tran? Both of them looks the same out side the different is the hole in side. Now that make me think i should stick with old manifold instead of using the spear on.What do you guy thiStock manfold question?-img_1244.jpg

that extra tube is for the EGR, only the US/EU market 93-94 cars had EGR so everything else will not have the EGR tube

I'm going to delete my EGR anyway. So using my spear one would be ok ?

Yes. Either one would work if you're deleting emissions. That hole/tube is usually pretty eroded but easily dremeled smooth if you had to use the old one.
