can some one tell me where the stock boost controller is loacted? i was told i would need to disconnect the stock boost controller to run a aftermarket boost contoller.

Please use the search function, there are so many write-ups of how to do this, on both this board and in the Robinette and Ciriani archives....

 

There is no "stock" boost controller. There are restrictors in the wastegate and prespool lines. Here is a link to a manual boost controller. Do not install the prespool controller.
