Stillway IC fitment - what parts to remove airpump etc?

Guys,

Currently mocking up the install of my Stillway IC on the black rex im rebuilding now. It looks like im going to have to remove my air pump, and get some extra piping to make the intake mate up.

Here are some pictures - my question is, what do i need to remove the air pump (blanking plates etc?) and whats the best way to go regarding routing the intake? looks like im going to want a 90 degree elbow for where the turbos go and a coupler or two, and some kind of strange 90 degree thing for the intake elbow side.

Can anyone recommend a shopping list? am i better off getting the greddy intake elbow for this IC?

thanks in advance

Well ive just bought 2 90 degree silicon elbows, a coupler and a meter straight length. I think i should be ok fitting this, guess ill have to try it without the Greddy intake elbow.

But if you guys have anything to add regarding the air pump and block of plates please do tell!

cut those outlets off and get straight ones welded on. and the greddy elbow will probably be necessary. was that IC designed for an FD? it doesn't look like it.

Get that elbow. I believe the rx7store.net has the blockoff plates??
Also, your going to need a bigger "air feeder" tubing (the black thing that directs air to the front of the intercooler), it looks like your intercooler is wider the the stocker.

Is that even made for the FD, or for stock location mounting in general?

Take that IC to a good aluminum TIG welder and have both nozzle fabbed up straight. Use a Greddy Elbow and you should not have any trouble making up or finding two 2.75" pipes.
