i am now a couple of weeks in to a 2 hour job and thinking i will have to take a course in the Japanese language. after learning the lingo i will then have to noodle on why the white connector doesn't plug into my FD connector. i am pretty sure that all it does is supply the hotside to my horns. i found a green wire with an orange stripe that is 12 V within the blue connector.. i assume i can tap it to the horn(?) then there's the two resistor dealys. i believe one is to handle the airbag light. might that be the small white connector? do i not need the other? also i note on the supplied white connector two pins are connected??

i do have all the wiring diagrams and i can spend a few hours on this but i am hoping someone has been down this road... of course.... i have searched previously and didn't find anything.

thanks in advance..

White connector on the right is cruise control, so just ignore it. Blue connector with orange tag is the horn, should be 1 pin, the 2 pins one with white tag is where you need to jump the pins with the airbag light cancellation resistor.

I just finished installing mine this weekend. i have a nardi wheel, works bell short hub (910s) and the rapfix gtc. I used google translate app and took a picture of the directions and i was able to use that to get it installed.

As for the wires, I had 4 total and they are different from ones in your picture. I had 2 with resistors (1 with male end and 1 for female end), 1 that connects to the white plug on the clockspring that ends in a female spade connector, and another black wire that ends with a female spade connector for the horn. Unfortunately, I don't have pictures on my phone.

i was able to find a picture of the contents online and I guess I had 5 wires. I used the green wire for the airbag and the black wire with spade connectors for the horn and I didn't use the Red wire for the SRS. I assume the other 2 are for the cars with different connectors.

Howard, please measure the resistance of the resistors that were provided with your kit.

I'm assuming you missed the k as in kilo-ohms... cause 3.3 ohms seems very low...

perhaps the ground bars inside the connector are affecting the resistance
