Steering wheel adjustment

I have searched everything , but cannot find anything in relation to the following. I will apologise in advance if I missed it.

I am trying to adjust the steering wheel height in my 98 FD. Are there any spacer, or other ways to increase the height of the steering wheel by about 10mm? I would rather not replace the steering wheel with a smaller one, and lowering the seat will make long trips uncomfortable.
Thankyou for any help.

So possibly a mazdasport style hub spacer (To keep the airbag sensor, and horn working?) would be the best idea.

Damn pity there isnt a kit made somehow to change the rake of the column..
