BUR7EQP or BUR7EQ Plugs

I need to pickup some new plugs and the store here has the BUR7EQ and BUR9EQ but not BUR7EQP and BUR9EQP. Is there a difference?

p = platinum = last longer = more expensive = not stock item for most auto parts stores
