Steering slop, tie rod replacement?

There is no slop in my drivers side wheel, but in the passenger side wheel when i have the car jacked up; there is some play in the wheel if you try to move it back and forth.

It's very minimal but i'm wondering what the problem is? I imagine it has something to do with the inner tie rod, but what all do I replace? The actual rod itself isn't bent or anything so I could reuse that. Is it the ball joint??

If it moves when you push on the left and right side you replace the tie rod end, it worn not bent. If it moves when you push on the top and bottom half, its a ball joint(s).
