Starts to stall when accelerating

Either I'm using the wrong search terms or there isn't much on this issue. Every time I start to accelerate I can hear the turbos start to spool (to about 10in vac) but the car bogs down and starts to stall. It idles fine at about 18in vac and runs ok until acceleration starts (going up a hill). I'm about 5k into a rebuild and injectors went out for a cleaning. After the break in period I've added new plugs, plug wires, Dale Clark check valves, high flow cat, o2 sensor, fast reacting ait sensor. I also have a m2 air box, dp, rb cat back...everything else stock. Last time I remember it running correctly was right after I put in the plug wires, check valves, ait sensor (o2, cat, plugs were after the issue started) a couple weeks back. After installing those I put the car up on stands and replaced the rear rotors and brakes over the period of a few days. Since then I've been having this problem. I'd appreciate any insight/ideas on where to look when I get back at it tomorrow. Thanks guys

No, not currently. I have a pfc on the way & was planning to buy a wideband within the next week. Want to get this sorted out before the pfc or any other mods are added.

Wanted to update this for future reference....

I pulled code 45 (which doesn't give a CEL) so I checked my charge control solenoid, but resistance was fine. Checked continuity to ecu and to egi main relay; both turned out fine. Replaced the ecu with a pfc and car runs great now. Even though most of the time its the solenoid or a wiring issue, that wasn't the case for me.
