starting up...cold start
How long do u normally wait for your fd to warm up to operating temps? how long does it usully take for your car to completely cool, where u have to wait for warm up again?

You dont wait for it to warm up. You have to drive it without boosting for 5-10 mins depending on weather and temp. Usually it takes more than 3 hours for it to completely cool.

if you have a boost gauge
About 30 sec if it like 60 or above, 1 min if below, then just putt putt "without" hitting any boost untill it is warm. (this is my reference, not Mazda)
If you don't have a boost controller, try keeping it under 3.5krpm (that's when the turbos kick in).
Cool down depends on how hard you were driving before shutdown. Usually driving with low or no boost the last few min should cool down the turbos enough.
Blitz has an auto turbo timer that adjusts the cool down time according to boost.
