Starting problems

So im having the click click start problem on my fd. Sometimes itll take like 6 turns of the key to get it to start cranking. Other times it just clicks. I got the battery tested and it was bad, so got a new one. Put a new starter in thinking it was the solenoid. What else can i do?

Buy or make your own "starter booster". My car suffered just like yours, I made a starter booster with a few dollars in parts from radio shack and it has never failed to crank the first time in the several years since I installed it.
